06 January 2016

Morris scored 13 points and qualified for the all important 'A' final where he romped to victory over rivals Mason Campton, Sam Masters and Brady Kurtz. The win puts the youngster back amongst the series leaders after the second round of four which concludes this Saturday night in Mildura and Morris is pleased to be in with a chance of glory.
He added: "Things went really well tonight and to win the meeting was a massive shot in the arm for my title chances.
"The bikes worked well all night and I'm now only 3 points behind Sam Masters at the top of the leaderboard.
"Winning the Championships would be so sweet but I want one of those Grand Prix qualifying spots and really push on in 2016.
"I had a few issues in the opening round but I'm now looking forward to the final two rounds the weekend full of hope and a feeling that I can do something.
"I want to thank all of my sponsors and people who have helped me win tonight and hopefully I can get my form going come Friday night in Gillman.
